Presbyterian women is the women’s organization of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Participation is open to all women of our churches. We are the hands and feed of Christ in the world.
Providence Presbyterian Women are active in supporting mission and ministry throughout Providence Presbytery and the world.
what we do
Nurturing Faith
Nurturing faith through prayer and Bible Study, we gather for the Spring Retreat and the Fall Gathering each year.
Work for Justice
Our commitment to Justice and Peace is long-standing. We continue to support and act as a voice for those who have no voice.
Support Mission
Supporting the mission of the church worldwide, we participate in national days of prayer as well as collecting and distributing supplies to international missionaries as well as to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance.
Build Community
We strive to build an inclusive caring community of women throughout our Presbytery by participating in Presbytery-wide events, reaching out and caring for women outside of our individual churches.
